| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | So, since you are an attorney, I hope you don't mind if I ask you a question. Do you know about real estate laws? I am trying to sell my house w/o an agent, and was told I should use an attorney. For what, I don't know. The title company did the paperwork when we bought it and I don't recall any attornies being involved. Any ideas or thoughts about why or if I need one? Thanks! |
