| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | You could try flippers to get your legs going the right way. It won't be as much of a workout, unless you do more laps or something, but it will definitly help get your legs in rhythm. We used to use them in practice. They are fun, too! I felt like a fish haha

| Admin/Owner ![]() | Just an update to say that "YES!" i AM down one whole size!!! i'm a bit surprised it's not more but that's not to say i'm not excited about keeping going and seeing where i can get to. Unfortunately, i haven't worked out in 2 weeks because of vacation and major OT at the job and all...but tomorrow, my interest is renewed to try and get down even another size or two if i can do it. nice to be able to fit in one size lower.. soon - no more lane bryant shopping for me!! that day will be a major stepping stone for me ![]() only problem is that my top is shrinking but not my boobs (weird!!)...not a total complaint but i couldn't go down a full size on the tops.. hopefully soon tho.

oh my goodness, i feel ya...have been trying so hard and right now i just teeter between 6-7...i'd like to be a solid 5-6...call me strange, but that's my goal... but i do have a weird question...can you hold weight in your face? i mean, i'm sure that you can, but no matter what my weight is, i still feel like i have a 'fat' face...or maybe just a huge noggin...either way, i feel disporportional with my face/head... ![]()

| Actually, if you are exercising, you will probably go up in weight , but you will go down in clothing size , because muscle weighs more than fat. That is why they say that the scale is your worst enemy, because after you get on a good exercise program, you start looking good, then you get on a scale and get disappointed, because the weight is the same or more .
