| I am always on the search for a great book. Are there any books that you have read recently that you would recommend? The last three books that I have read are: Your Best Life Now By: Joel Osteen A great read and full of feel good inspiration Family First By: Dr. Phil IMO this book should be a pre-requisite for all families raising children The Birth Order Book By: Kevin Leman A fun read that breaks down your birth order. I am the oldest of three and found this very interesting. It is also a great read while raising the children to see why the kids act the way the do in the family dynamic From the looks of it I apparently am on a non-fiction run right now. ![]() |

| I liked Wildfire by Nelson Demille. his newest book. I have found though you kinda need to read his books in order since alot of the characters are the same and some of the plots from the earlier books are mentioned. I also just read Plum Lovin' by Janet Evanovich. It was cute and easy to read. I can't wait until her next "number" book comes out. |

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | Some good books I've read recently..... The Footprints of God- Greg Iles The Amber Room- Steve Berry The Third Secret- Steve Berry The Romanov Prophecy- Steve Berry Angels and Demons- Dan Brown Da Vinci Code- Dan Brown Deception Point- Dan Brown The Steve Berry books were really good. I just bought The Templar Legacy (also by Berry) for DH to read this week, but he forgot it so I think I will start it tonight. I really enjoyed Footprints of God- http://www.gregiles.com/footprints.htm Sorry, they are not non-fiction though.....but worth the read! |

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | One of my students gave me "The Looking Glass Wars." It is suppossed to be the true story of Alyss and the crazy things that happened. It is cute and an easy read. It has a website if you want to look at it. |

| Another really good series, is the Sue Grafton alphabet books. Be sure to start with A and go in order. They aren't quite as funny as the J.E. books but I can't wait until her next book comes out too, I think the next book is T. (every book is like A is for Alibi, B is for ___, etc). It's a good thing the library is only a few minutes away or I'd either never read or spend a fortune! |

| Have you read any of karen kingsbury's books? She's a christian fiction author and all her books are amazing! I highly recommend starting with the redemption series (the first book is redemption). Oh they are just so good!
