They wrapped their light post with heart garland and have a big red bow at the top near the light. Then they have a large red heart on their door. Maybe I'm being a little too grumpy about it ....I just hate rushing things!

lol I wish I had a dishwasher...

anway...I hate not being able to sleep when I know I have to I will be pooped...(like right now) I work 3rd shift so...I have been out of work since 7:00..I usually go to bed right away but my b/f was flying so I thought that I would stay up to make him lunch now he is fast asleep and I have insomnia...

...People don't think...

Here I am trying to be the productive think ahead Mommy and of course the plans get screwed up. Tonight my son had a 7:00pm family scout meeting. I make the dinner ahead of time, we eat, get bundled up (it's really cold here), drive 30 minutes to his meeting, we are on time, and what do you know there is no one at the building. We wait..and wait...the four kids are getting a little bored. (as am I) Nobody shows- it is now 7:10. I end up calling the scout leader from the parking lot and she informs me that the meeting tonight has been cancelled and that oh yes, I should have gotten an email three days ago. Well obviously had I gotten the email I wouldn't be sitting in a dark parking lot with four bored kids and still have to drive 30 minutes home. So much fun I tell you.

The real pisser...DH has been away since Mon. and is currently sitting in a hotel room in GSP about an hour from our home. We could have made a trip early in the afternoon- and had dinner with Dad, but instead I am driving back and forth to some stupid meeting that was cancelled three days ago!! Have these people ever heard of a telephone???

GRRR!!!

... you just have one of THOSE days -- where everything you touch and everything you do goes to sh*t.
