I hate it when we are having a bbq for my birthday, but dh schedules himself to be at work until 2 hours before people are arriving and keeps himself busy all week so I have to clean, cook, etc. for me....

Well he has made up for himself...on Sat morning when I woke up he was already cleaning up from the party and had made fresh blueberry pancakes.

Oh Stacy, ME TOO!! In fact when my 17 yr old stepson is here for summer visitation, unloading the dishwasher is HIS chore. I don't know why I hate this one small task as much as I do, but when DH is away I use only paper plates !!

The other thing I hate? Saying "goodbye" to DH at the airport. In 5 yrs I still haven't gotten used to it.

I have to drop my sister and brother off at the airport, after being here a week in NC with me, I forgot that they had to go home to NM...
