Did you know: That Itunes has radio stations and you can even find channels (in the Eclectic section) that can be used for your cardio, kickboxing, strength training and/or yoga time?? the cardio radio station is pretty darn good when you want to get your heart pumping for a good period of time without commercials or making your own CD compilation!!

some of my favorite Itunes stations are: Soundic Radio, Radio Veronica - both international stations, Flashback Alternative, Groovesalad & Cardio

that Influenza is going around AGAIN! I decided today that i'd get the flu shot just in case... Dr. Forred and Dana were of MUCH help in assertaining the actual need of the shot at this point in the year.

I knew that, I knew that!
I heard that somewhere (can't remember where) and ever since I have been on the Superman search while watching Seinfeld reruns. I have only seen it one time since the search began. Maybe I am looking too hard or something?
