As one of the few non-wife/girlfriends here I have to admit that I didn't sign up for the site the first few times I stopped by because I thought the site was mainly for pilot wives and discussions about family issues.

It wasn't until I looked around for a bit that I realized it was a forum of supportive ladies who just happen to be (mostly) pilot wives and girlfriends. honestly, a true best friend is the person you *want* to marry..and there's no truer friend than you from what i can tell...heck, who else would do research like this for their best friend? I don't think i would (to be honest)...
