| I would like to loss 5 lbs by the end of this month (Aug), and 10 lbs by Nov 12, my birthday. I am in between size 2 and 4 now, like to get to size 2 again. I need to eat less, and drink less. To start with: all fruit and veggie diet starting tomorrow (Wed) for 3 days and see how it work. No wine and chocalotte for 3 days until weekend. |
