Well, I guess my goal would be to START exercising and eating right. I have to wait until after my Dr. appt next week though because I'm not sure what I can do since I just had surgery last week. I'm going to Vegas in the beginning of Oct, 15-20 lbs would be great by then!!! Then of course there is a certain pilot coming home in Dec.... I have to decide if I want to go to a gym or do it at home. I had success with a gym in the past, but there is that whole money thing. I have a week to figure it out.
