As far as having web cam availability at the conference, i'll check into it! we might be able to do it.

I really like Janets idea thats great! Also you could one on something about different insurance policies...ie: LTD, Loss of liscense? I dunno, just something I've delt with so much in the last 3 years that I don't think alot of people newer to aviation think about?

I was going to recommend this but I wonder if the temps are still quite hot there in October. LV is really close to a premiere rock climbing spot, Red Rocks, but I worry it'll be too hot to be comfortable and fun.

temps can vary depending on how long summer lasts but the last few years it's been in the 70's/80's during the day and 60's at night.
