Hey Roz-
Any news regarding this topic? Apparently there was supposed to be some BIG annoucement today,,, hubby flies for ASA and thats the buzz in the lounge right now............

Jo,

The info I ahve seen about the subject is that Mesa tried to buy ASA and Delta asked Skywest if they wanted to make another bid. I did also hear that some announcement was supposed to made today but could not find anything official. Boy what a fiasco that could be since Skywest is non union and ASA is! Maybe more info will be availbale later today.

Boy! what a mess, first Skywest was buying them, then Virgin was buying them, now it's back to Skywest buying them,,,, whatever or whoever buys them, rumor or not,,,, i am just ready to know where hubby will be commuting to next cause I AINT moving! [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img](sarcasm)

No announcements and no 8K was filed today. The last I heard was a press release from SkyWest stating that they were not interested. Then all the rumors started flying! Go figure...
