Default Mesa furlough

There's talk that there may be a furlough at Nick's airline, especially since they are tied so closely with USAir. Of course, this is just "talk" so we don't know what will happen. And if they do furlough, we're not sure if Nick will be part of the group that goes.
Keep your fingers crossed that he'll be OK!

Johnny O is akin to Lorenzo. He's not to be trusted. He's keeping the FreedUUUm certificate alive and rumor has it he's getting mainline jets on board to take over when U dies on certain routes. Who knows who his partner in crime will be???

Roz- you crack me up- you always know what's going on! JO always has something up his sleeve. Rumors are all over the place at Mesa. I like the one where they will get rid of Air Midwest- this will mean Nick may get the jet (and more money too).

Except if the fine print says he can shave off companies, assets and staff too. He's not beyond that mean spirited action.

Why do I crack you up?!! I just keep up with the industry since my financial future is tied to it...I read a lot of financial reports. It's all public knowledge!

maybe we should create a forum just for that so we can all become "aware" of what we're getting into! i'd love to learn more about the financials - it's finding the time to "read" them that's hard for me!

You crack me up because you know so much about... SO MUCH! Not just the airline industry.
It's not a bad thing Roz, and not meant to be an insult. It's great that you are on these boards to add your $.02.
Plus it's good to have a "Philly gal" around here too!
