Default My \'My Pilot\' Squawk

Bringing the 'squawk' concept to FCAPA, I was wondering if any of you other pilot's wives have this same feeling:
Basically when dh is gone, I get so much more done around the house, and I get so much more sleep at night! I feel bad for saying this, but when he's here it's like I'm constantly having to arrange what I want to do around him, his screwy sleep schedule, and what [i:58c4ab727e]he[/i:58c4ab727e] wants to do! I love him dearly, I love spending time with him, and the baby loves him so much too, but I JUST CAN'T GET JACK DONE AROUND THE HOUSE WITH HIM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, venting complete.............
Thank you for listening

Ok mine isn't an airline pilot YET, but oh MY it IS hard to work around him! He makes more mess then me and Caleb combined! He is home A LOT and spends most of his day on the Xbox (I should start another squak about that!!). The only thing that I can do is my best. I try not to nag but that's what I usually end up doing!

I totally agree.

I found that days he's home I get little to no homework or housework done. I mean, he's not gone that often, but on days when he flies, I get a lot done around the house.

I think it's the mentality of him being home and just hanging out watching TV makes me want to do the same.
