| For whoever asked - DH's plans are up in the air right now. His school has changed ownership and for the timebeing they are really not very good financially, so he's thinking of finishing out the money that he has in credit with them and then joining the air force - but we're not really sure. |

| Admin/Owner ![]() | NICE photos ladies!!! I'll have to dig some out of my own.. but i know i have a couple of "drooly" doug photos and who knows what else... Christine - Doug and I noticed that your hubby has the same stance that my hubby did when he was CFI-ing.. I'll have to find that link again! Michelle - I remember doug still dressing in his white shirt and tie when he was CFIing.. how bout showing Corbin that way until he gets his uniform cuz in a sense, the shirt and tie is his uniform! haha |

| Jetgirls Plus Member ![]() | I was a little disappointed: Before Nick went to NY to finish his sim training, he received his USAir uniform- navy blue and quite spiffy. The only problem was that they sent him a CAPTAIN'S uniform, not an FO uni. He tried it on for size, but he wouldn't let me take a picture. He is extremely superstitious! Too bad- he looked so handsome! He has since received the correct uniform and promised me a few pics after he graduates from training. I think I have a CFI pic, but he says he felt dorky in the shirt. Since we're in AZ, he was allowed to wear tailored shorts in the summer. Always a treat to see his legs Amanda |

[/quote:cf2b55ebdf] Yep - we knew that. He realized it the day he got home from his solo. He actually hesitated using it as his avatar on JC because he didn't want to look like he was trying to be a copycat. He thinks it's kinda funny/errie that the wind is blowing the tie exactly the same too. |

| Jetgirls Plus Member ![]() | He was hired by a Regional- Mesa Air-- out of AZ. He is flying 1900s for USAir Express. Actually, I think he told me that he working for Air Midwest, which is part of Mesa. It gets so confusing! I'm new to all of this! All I know is I like men in uniforms! |

| Ah, I see! Yeah, the regional thing can get a bit confusing. When I was first hired I was employed by Simmons Airlines, who operated as American Eagle, owned by AMR corporation! |

But he was an avionics engineer and only worked on little private planes - but we had flight benefits. (Then his part of the company was sold to Learjet and became Bombardier and then he lost his job.) |
