Default Pilot Shirts?

Where do you all get your extra uniform shirts from?

We usually order from pilotshirts.com and he loves them, just wondering if there are any other quality, inexpensive ones out there?

Thanks!

I think that's where Nick buys his from. I'll confirm when he gets back from his trip.

That is the brand we get (pilothouse) from pilotshirts.com -- they used to be 20 bucks and sometimes we got them on special for 15 but the price just went up to 26! Thats why I was looking for a new place...

Pilothouse ticked my hubby off recently trying to buy shirts. He placed the order and was told they were back ordered until 7/25. Around 7/25 no shirts, recieved information that they were now back ordered until 8/2. 8/2 rolls around and now they are back ordered until 8/16. He told them to forget it. He would just buy the shirts at the crew store in the CVG. He may pay a little more, but he needs them NOW, not some unreliable date in the future.

My husband wears Van Heusen Commander shirts. I've purchased them twice from mypilotstore.com: Pilot Supplies - Shop at MyPilotStore
They arrived quickly, in the time frame promised. They also sent me coupons for our next purchases. Very happy with them, for sure.

I don't know the brand of Jeff's shirts (long sleeve), they just have two initials and a blue circle... anyway, they are terrible. They do not clean well, and I spent the winter sewing buttons back on. I would love to get him better shirts for this winter, thanks for the info.

DH also gets his from Pilothouse. He only gets short sleeved shirts and has them dry cleaned. He finds that they last much longer that way. I believe him because I'm not enlisted into the last minute ironing team! In any case, he always looks sharp (since he doesn't wear a hat).

Thats the other thing too - we used to take them to the dry cleaner all the time - he has 5 of them, but they run out quickly! Especially in the summer when he doesnt want to wear them more than maybe 2 days...the dry cleaning got too expensive for us to afford and the woman in our dry cleaner talks and talks when we go in and told us one day that all the do is stick them in the washer and then steam them when they come out...it bothers me to pay for that so now I'm washing, starching, and ironing them for him...which is why I'd like to buy some more so I don't have to scramble to do it right before a trip.
