| Dh is in DAL right now and his checkride is today. He will be off proabtion and entering his official 2nd year on August 1st. It's been a trying first year with 5 different bases and 3 legged commutes at times but finally we are seeing the light. Dh was also awarded MCO (2 hr drive) for Aug & Sept.....woohoo!

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | YAY Shannon! Thats great news! Brendan finishes up with training this week. He has his sim checkride tomorrow and then LOFT on Wednesday. I think IOE starts on Monday. They gave him a temp base on BWI for August so that was nice. He got his Sept base on Friday.....OAK. Should be a fun commute form NH! They put his class, the class before and the class after all in OAK. That is almost 75 pilots! Crazy! We are hoping he will be able to hold PHX or LAS for October, especially because of the 3 classes in July. What was the order of bases that Steve held his first year? We know it is going to be a slow process trying to get back east....hopefully not too long. But it seems all the growth is out west. |

Robyn...that's great news! Steve was on reserve in OAK for about 6 months (3 leg commute from FL...yuck) then he was in PHX, LAS, & MDW he held a lines in PHX & LAS but not in MDW so he would rather commute to LAS & have a hard line. He actually has a decent line in MCO for August then he is on reserve in MCO for Sept. Good Luck...are you guys staying put in NH? Steve absolutely did not want to move because he loves it here...he loves boating/fishing and being close to the intracoastal. I thought I was going to pull my hair out many of times with him being gone so much and trying to take care of things at home but now it is finally paying off...for now anyway. The OAK commute is tough leaving the day before and getting home the day after means he was really off 1 day a lot of weeks. Just remember it is only temporary :-)

| Robyn...OMG I was wrong...I just talked to DH and he said he was in OAK for one month then in PHX reserve for 3-4 and he ended going back to OAK because he could hold a line. He had it pretty good out of LAS because they had a non stop out of JAX so he could bid PM's and commute the day in. Once he was holding a line in LAS he was home 3 & sometimes 4 days a week.
