| Went BNA-PHL-PVD on US Airways early Saturday morning in order to meet up with hubby on a long overnight and came home on Sunday evening PVD-ATL-BNA on Delta. Glad to report everything went well, as if I were a paying passenger! It was hubby's company's equipment on the way up there so I was at the top of the standby list and I am pretty sure that a few standbys were left behind in PHL. It was an ASA regional jet that was weight restricted from PDV-ATL. I was the only non rev'er allowed on (four empty seats due to the extra fuel) and left a standby family of 5 that was ahead of me but not willing to seperate. The flight from ATL-BNA had so many empty seats, I could have laid down 3 across and took a nap! All and all a perfect non rev' experiance! |
