Finally got word!

Woooo!!! My fiance finally got a call from Mesaba to finish his crj900 training!!

He started his gs on July 30, then went straight to Bombardier in Montreal for sim training. He was ONE day away from his FAA check ride when they sent everyone home (SIDE NOTE: He said there were a rash of FO failures at that facility, so the company decided to quit training at that facility and funnel EVERYONE through DEN; they used to use both facilities, so now w/ just one, its quite the back up). He was happy to have the break since he'd been away from home for 8 straight weeks, but he never imagined his break would be well over a month! So he's off to DEN in early November for his check ride and LOFT. Hopefully his wait for IOE won't be just as long.

I'm just happy he gets to fly (a box) again (though its been great to have him home)!!
