Default Passport

Hi, I know this sounds stupid, but I need to get a passport, and I don't even know where to start. Can someone help me please?

here you go!

Passport Home

it's a pretty easy process if you have an official copy of your birth certificate & marriage certificate (to verify married name)... if not, you can get one via Vitalchek.com

VitalChek Express - Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Records, Divorce Records and Vital Records

How quickly do you need it? I have no idea if they're still backed up or not but if you need it quick, make sure you pay the expedited fee, it's worth it!

On that note..... what if you have the most horribly done passport photo ever? I mean... the picture I submitted was fine, but when they transfered the picture to the actual passport... it is horrible!

Would anybody know how to just change this aspect of the passport?

you'd have to request an entirely new passport but i'm not sure if you can do it without having some type of "change" or "renewal" needed.

Okay I think that I have the worst picture. Mine was taken when I weighed 50 more lbs then I do now! I look NOTHING like the picture anymore. Oh well Hopefully when I have to use it no one will question it. I have people all the time comment on how I look nothing like my driver's license picture, and that is just a change in hair color and length

Now just imagined all those babies that get passports. They look nothing like themselves when it gets renewed (I think its at 5 years for babies)!!

I don't have a passport either, although BF keeps telling me to get one...I'm so afraid of my pic being just of my head...I have such a large head I know that it will take up the whole frame!

At what age do babies need passports? We got one for DS but what about for a newborn. Its possible that we might travel to the Carribean before the new baby is 6 months.

Cassie,
Don't wait too long. You'll be getting flight benefits soon and there is nothing worse than an opportunity to go on a great trip but not be able to go b/c you don't have one. I say, screw the pic -I'm on VACATION! LOL
