|  Selection process and Iīm so pissed or better..I was so pissed yesterday evening that I couldnīt fall a sleep...( no phone line yet in the new apartment so no internet connection..) everything takes ages in this country.. Thatīs not the reason... one really good airline ( good pay and promotion etc) is recruiting...and is the only airline in Spain having open recruitment for pilots...( youīll never heard / see any add in paper that Iberia is hiring pilots  )They have this 4 stages selection process. 1th present all documentation ( original and copies); 2nd exams, 3rd interview, 4 sim check. After a lots of nerves, because he is actually flying and trying to puzzle a day off, he jump on the plane yesterday morning and went to other city to present documentation... and he comply with all requirements but they didnīt accept one certificate ( theorical ATPL)from his school...they say that only CAA cert. will do! Bloody bastard I would say...they perfectly know that if he donīt had it, no licence on his hands! I feel thatīs only an excuse..He was lucky enough to be there with his friend that actually work as pilot for that airline...and they gave him untill friday to get it. So he has today to try to get this stupid piece of paper and knowing spanish CAA and spanish clerks..itīs almost equal to imposible. Heīs already on the way there, so girls..I need some good wibes here. would be a great experience to get to the next stage..what a heck! would be great if he get in! |

Just got a call from selection comitee and he is welcome on Monday to sweat his brain off :-) Itīs really huge, finally gettinīthe foot in....!  Thanks a lot for your good vibes and thoughts...  Thinkinīabout asking some support for tuesday ( itīs my 2nd interview for a really great position in other company- passed N.1 this week). thanks again  |
