Default Any NPR fans?

FYI...

I'm listening to "Talk of the Nation" and the subject today is:
Airline Delays Fuel Mounting Frustration.

Lots of interesting stuff. I'm sure it's available as a podcast too.

NPR : Talk of the Nation for Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007

Me and my boyfriend were listening to that today too.. well he was, I caught a little bit of it.

I caught the part where they were discussing hubs and regionals.

I love NPR! I always try to find it when I'm in my car.

Missed that discussion, though - it must have been when I was out of range (I hate those out-of-range spots!).

I don't know if I am mixing up NPR shows or if we are talking about the same one (I didn't hear the topic mentioned in your post) but NPR does a 5 min segment in the morning 8:10ish central about air travel. In the past few days in seperate interviews they have interviewed a traveling family, a TSA worker, and a gate agent. They have been very interesting too.
