Other Forums/Message Boards/ Aviation

Hi Ladies,

Besides the wonderful jetcareers.net (thanks Doug and Krisitie!), what other message boards are these pilots communicating on?

I'm dying to get more insider scoop on hearing from SWA after last week's decision board, but can't find anything on jetcareers.net. (maybe I'm missing the thread?).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

insider scoop? what's been happening over there?

if you don't see a thread and/or the search comes up empty.. start a thread and ask cuz i'm not sure how many SWA guys are on board over there or if they even have the ability to talk about it.

some other boards are Flightinfo and Airline Pilot Central... but APC, only pilots are allowed (they threw out all the non-pilots) and flightinfo promotes personal attacks among the ranks and they charge $10 to join.

I think pprune also has an aviation section? never been there myself...

When did they start charging for Flightinfo? I ahve been on there for along time and there was never a charge? I don't really care for that board though.

Most airlines seem to have their own boards started by pilots, not actually started by the company.

Airlinepilotforums.com is one too. They seem to have some recent SW stuff on there.

I bit the bullet and paid ten bucks last night to join flightinfo. Boy they are nasty over there.
