I sent my boyfriend a pack of Simpsons pens (from the Target $ zone!), a corkscrew, and a handmade card in one care package. It was a random assortment, I know, but he was thrilled to get it! I think the thing to keep in mind is that guys don't notice or care about any theme other than "Really Freaking Cool Stuff" in their packages, and you can usually find some amusing stuff at the dollar store to send if you're worried about cost or things getting broken on the way.
