Default Pilot Shirts

Bill has always had the Van Heusen Aviator shirts. Some of them he gets embroidered with the CAL wings and some have the eyelets for the wings. I hate these shirts! They never seem to get white, the collars get all fuzzy type crap on them and they always seem to look like crap! He has a big neck size but if he orders that size then the rest of the shirt is so big a nine month pregnant woman could wear it! If he gets them tapered then they are too short and the sides untuck!

I finally found him really nice shirts from M and H Tailors. He also got his uniform jacket there, which is very nice, not the polyester crap the company tries to make you buy from Cintas. Plus they are reasonably priced. The shirts he got are a thicker type of material, slightly tapered and extra long tails. They are whiter than I have ever seen even a brand new Van Heusen shirt. Their website doesn't show the ones with the eyelets, but they do have them. He is pretty happy with them and they look much better than the Van Heusen. They were $20 with the airline discount and he got them 3 days after buying them.

Just thought I'd let you guys know in case anyone is looking for nice uniform shirts and other pieces. Their website is www.mandhuniforms.com

Doug gets his from Abbott Uniforms in Atlanta.. if he doesn't get them there, he gets them at The Flight Station in Atlanta...not sure if they have a website or not.

They do all of the tailoring but they can be pretty expensive from what i've seen of the bill. haha
