The problem is that so many of the senior people at the majors have left, that the new system is not hiring those with high hours. So, believe it or not, your DH may be overqualified and, therefore, not in consideration for certain majors! He needs to cast a wider net.

Well, it actually happened. He just got an interview invite from SWA! He has an interview in May. YAY! Just crossing our fingers, we know SWA is so hard to get on with, but luck has to be on our side for a change!

He started with Air Midwest when he flew the 1900 but then switched over to Mesa when he flew the CRJ and ERJ. He felt very strongly about not flying for Freedom!

Thanks! DH is so nervous! The interview is like 6 weeks away and he says he feels so rushed I told him to make a list, call his friends, and take a deep breathe! Poor guy! If it is meant to be, it will be.....I just hope it is
