92.67% vote in FAVOR of strike

The ASA pilots have finished voting and 92.67% of the 85% that voted authorized the MEC to declare a strike when and if it becomes necessary. Just thought I'd pass the info along.

so any word on when a strike would happen? at least someone is taking a stand here....it's gotta start somewhere, sometime!!

btw, how do you get a .67% approval rating??? isn't it all supposed to be straight integers or did someone only put half a vote in there? haha

You know, good question on the .67%. I'm clueless. From what I've heard, both DAL and Jerry Atkin from Skywest have told the ASA management morons to get the contract done. I don't know if the results of the strike vote will speed things up or not. I kinda hope so, since we need another prelim award for captains so that my DH can upgrade! He's looking for greener pastures once he gets his 1000PIC time.

You get credit when I buy from State Line Tack only when I click to their site from this one? Hmmmm...good. I need to do my barn inventory and decide what else I need for the horse! Thanks!

yup...when you click into their site from this site and buy something, i get a certain percentage of the sale!

I know one guy from JC that just interviewed and got the ok, but not the "your hired" yet - probably from the indecision going on with the contract.
