Question Can pilots eat healthy?

Hi all-

My hubby is a fairly new commercial pilot, and I'm worried because his eating habits are declining- and his habits weren't that good to begin with. Do your pilots always eat out when they are working? I try to give him ideas of healthy things to pick on the menu but he will never pick those if I'm not there. Anybody got any ideas - maybe I can pack him some meals, but he says he does not have room. How do your pilots handle meals while working?

thx!
