Tomorrow morning, 11:30 am PDT, Eric takes his final stage check with the academy. Assuming he passes this he'll take his FAA oral and check ride probably next week and be rated a private pilot. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] We can hardly wait. It's been a really long 6 months since he started.

If he doesn't pass, he'll have to retake his oral and his check ride, simply because he'll be past his 30 day window the school allows.

His flight got weathered. :?

He retakes his oral probably on Monday and hopefully he'll have an instructor who will go easy on him.

he retook his oral yesterday and passed. He had the same instructor and he was [b:c4a8db6553]harder[/b:c4a8db6553] on him. GRRR!!! But he passed. Hopefully he'll get his stage check and FAA ride done next week!

well, it's good that he PASSED even though the instructor made it more difficult... shows that he knows what he needs to know to get the job done and that's what's important right?!

you sure don't want someone that doesn't know their shiznit in the left or right seat!!

His stage check is scheduled for Wednesday at 11:30. I'll be so happy when he finally gets his private.
