See, I told you something would work out, plus you are pregnant too! What more can you ask for!!!! Don't worry about the money, it can always be borrowed and paid back.

Hey Robyn- Sorry I missed this post. I was in PHX when you wrote it and now my computer has a virus!

Congrats on Southwest! It's awesome that he got in because we knew 2 guys who would have been perfect for SWA in every way but for some reason weren't hired. The aviation industry is hard to understand sometimes.

There is no rhyme or reason who Southwest hires and who they do not hire. We can't understand it! We feel really lucky. One of our really good friends first interviewed 2 years ago, they called his references (DH was one) and didn't get the job. He just had his 2nd interview last week, we are crossing our fingers he gets it this time! Unfortunately he will have to wait until the August Decision Board to find out....

DH is in Denver right now getting his type rating in the 737. He will then go in the "pool" and hopefully get a class date for the end of the year.

Just wondering if you have heard anything else about SWA possibly opening a base in DEN? Where did you hear that? I have been looking all over for more information on it....and haven't found anything. That would be awesome if they did open a base in DEN!!!
