That's great that they type FO's. DH's airline does that too, but most don't because it's so much more expensive. It makes upgrade very easy because they're already typed!

the widget is another word for corporate logo (paint scheme or emblem)...you'll see "widgets" on airline caps, plane tails.. that type of thing.
