Default Vitamins

Does anyone know of a good multi vitamin to take?
I don't want one that is too big to swallow. I mean I have no problem taking pills but when they are huge it is a little hard to swallow I also don't want one that you have to chew. My SO takes those and he always makes me eat one when I am sick and they make me want to vomit. I just have a hard time chewing them up. I guess that I am a little picky huh

I take Women's ultra Mega its the GNC vitamin. I like it a lot. You take two a day and you're good, but they are a little big. I have also taken Women's One a day which was good. The pill was around the same size, but you only needed one so thats good. The reason i switched was because my bf wanted me to try the GNC ones. Both are good. They also make a version of it for guys.

I take a Centrum Silver every day. I think "ALL " Vitamins are big. I think it is a criteria - LOL!!

I like the sliver because it doesn't have iron in them, Iron is constipating so most people tolerate CS better. If you are of child bearing years and you want to have kids/trying to get PG you need to add Folic Acid 1mg per day. Make sure your MVI has that in it.... to prevent spinal deformities in the fetus.

You might be a little picky

i take a vitamin called viactive (viactin?) something like that... theyīre made specifically for women, come in a little container that has kind of an hourglass type shape to it silver and purple package. the vitamins arenīt all that big (i hate taking big pills!) and actually are berry flavored so you donīt have the nasty vitamin after taste from it!

I am the same exact way,,,, I hate swallowing the huge horse pills,, I feel like they get stuck in my throat or something, and I was never a fan of the chewables either,, but I did find a vitamin (centrum daily i beleive) that doesnt taste bad at all, it taste like tang to me. ITs tart and not bad. Give them a shot, I think thye're like 9$ a bottle but its a big bottle that will last a while.

I've done the Viactiv multivitamin, too, but in the chocolate chew form. It's not as yummy as, say, Godiva truffles, but it definitely tastes of chocolate and it isn't a dry, crunchy vitamin like the kind you took as a kid. It has more of a caramel candy texture. Kinda pricey, though.

I tried chocolate viactiv. I couldn't get through the container. They're OK. If you like tootsie rolls, you'll like these. I'd rather just pop a pill (chop it in half if its too big) than have the flavor linger in my mouth -- I'm not a big fan of tootsie rolls.

I think my deal is that I'm so freaking lazy I don't want to get down a glass, fill it with water, put the glass in the dishwasher, etc, etc. I'd rather just chew the funky chocolate square, lol.

The Target brand prenatal vitamins are pretty good, as far as size and swallowability go... I don't know if they have everything that you want, but they have planty of folic acid, that's for sure!
