| Been here a while | OK, so even though there were first class seats available for my red eye last night, since 100 seats were open in coach I decided to save money and sit there. I had my own row so of course I planned to stretch out and get some sleep. So I fell asleep. but I must have been in such an awkward position that I majorly messed up my back! Sharp shooting pains happen when I move- bend over, turn my torso- pretty much anything hurts. Also I can't take a full breath or I am in pain- my breathing is very shallow. Help! Should I go to a chiropractor? I've never been to one. Will things work its way out at some point?
