| Senior Member | How long do you have to stay in the hospital after giving birth if it is a vaginal birth? Up north, 24 - 48 hours was normal. I have been staying 24 hours, but I was hoping to leave earlier this time. The first 24 hours it seems the nurses are constantly waking you up checking b.p. Or something else. I would rather just go home, as long as all goes well. |
