| I was at a store yesterday and cut my finger and thumb on some broken glass. The thumb is ok, not too much more than a bad paper cut. But the index finger is pretty bad. I sliced from the tip to the first bend, pretty deep. The sliced skin didn't come totally off either. Boy does it hurt!!! I can't touch anything with it. I did the whole perxoid, neospuran, and bandaid thing. Been changing it ever so often trying to keep it clean. But I am wondering if I need something more. I woke up last night, it was bleeding through the bandaid. I can't bend the finger really well. I sure can't touch it to anything. I don't think there is any glass in it, but I am not really sure how I would know. I can't imagine that a dr would stitch it or be able to do anything more to it then I already have. How do I know if I need to see a dr? What can a dr do, or would I be wasting my money? How long will it take before it is not so horrible to touch stuff? |
