Default HypOtension

Hey Dana,

I've got hypotension. BP readings in 80's over 50's are common for me. This afternoon I started to feel really tired, and decided to take my blood pressure. I took it every 15 minutes or so until I started to feel better. Readings were 85/53, 84/47, 81/40, 80/44. While I was lying down, I was trying to do some research on hypotension. From what I read, it seems as long as one feels ok, he or she should be ok. I started to wonder, though... Is there a reading where you'd be really concerned? I read that 80/40 is a common reading in INFANTS. I'm not all that concerned about this afternoon because, like I said, my readings are usually within 10 points of what they were today. That, and I went back to my "normal" range once I started walking around. (Otherwise, I would have started to worry.)

I'm starting to ramble. Just wondering if that's true... as long as I'm feeling ok, I'm ok? And also, if there is some magic number I should be worried about seeing.

Thanks!
