hmmmm maybe i'll try that!! i know that when my head is stuffed up or my ears are stuffed up, i'll use hot water and irrigate my ears and it feels AWESOME!! just something about the hot water hitting inside the head is somehow soothing.

no joke, I love to just stand in the shower with water as hot as i can stand...my skin turns red sometimes, but it just makes it all better...someone told me that those therapeutic wraps are really good because you can make them hot or cold...i might have to try...
