Tips on getting over a cold when pregnant - Page 2

Roz, My mother in law is a tea expert along with being a master gardener. I am so jealous of her gorgeous gardens she has. Anyway, the lemon balm, do I get that at an herbal store or do I have to special order it?

We get it from a friend who has it growing all over the yard. So next year, we'll try growing it--but in a container! I know you can order it on line. It is also supposed to be calming and help with high blood pressure. I've seen it as an ingredient in some cold and relaxation teas but haven't seen it on its own in health food stores.

The person we heard speak owns this nursery, Lorraine Kiefer. She says they carry it year round--but I don't see it on her website. You could email her and ask--she said she loves getting emails!
