I suppose so. You should drink 6 - 8oz glasses of H2O per day. Beer and soda don't count. Anything with caffeine in it can actually cause more dehydration by the diuretic effect.

I'll tell ya what, and I am not joking,,, If Im tired, got a headache, feel grumpy, feel anxious, just abut anything,,, I guzzle a big 12 oz bottle of H20 and 10 minutes later or so, I feel sooooo much better! It may be all in my head, but I swear by it!

try smart water. It's electrolyte enhanced, and they come in 1 qt bottles (33.8oz) and I just keep it on my desk throughout the day. Two of those a day and you should be good
