| For as long as i can remember, I randomly would get really bad chest pains when i was working out, especially running. Well there becoming more frequent, going from random spirts to everytime i go running, and then even randomly for about 12 hours after i work out. I'm going to the doctor next week but im just trying to figure out what this is cuz im getting worried. I have a heart murmer that is really little and comes and goes, that they say shouldn' be causing any harm, and i have allergies really bad. I talked to the pharmasist at my work and she said it might be sports induced asthma. I also get short of breath when i shouldn't, and a few days later when i do the same thing, i won't be short of breath. Its definitly better or worse on random days. Any idea what it is?? Thanks a million!! Em |
