Default rash

Hi again,
I have had a bit of a cold for 2 days. Yesterday I was pretty wiped out. Today I feel a little better but still not so good. I now have a rash on my neck like I had when I had strep throat at Christmas. I don't have a sore throat, no fever. My stomach feels a little crampy and I feel generally fatigued a little. Is it possible that I still have contracted strep? OR is it possible to have the rash with any type of infection? I always get the scarletina rash when I have strep.
Just thought I would ask. I am going in to see the md today to be checked out.
Thanks
Tricia
