| Admin/Owner ![]() | Dana, Any particular reason zinc products like zicam make you nauseaous? got a sore throat this weekend and starting using the zicam tabs...sometimes, they'd make me nauseous, other times, i'd be ok....maybe it's dependent on food? but is it when they make you nauseous that your supposed to stop taking them or are getting "too much" zinc? I'm using it as specified on the directions (one every 3 hours or so for 48 hrs)...after a while, it seems that the sore throat/fatigue start coming back anyways. just wondered if it's technically supposed to be a normal reaction/side effect or not. Thanks! |
