Female Postings on Jetcareers

I am a frank person so let me say it how it is.

Aviation is one big sausage fest, yes the biggest sausage fest out there.

What does that mean? You have a ton of type A, perfectionist, I want it this way or the highway, people flying around your heads.

There has been some feedback from the members here that they are afraid to post on Jetcareers, because they are afraid of getting shot down. Yes it happens, why does it happen? People (Guys/Men/Boys) come on Jetcareers and don't research, DON'T LISTEN, and let their egos get in the way.

Jetcareers has helped tremendously in the relationship I am in with Alli. She has used it to learn about aviation and ask me questions about my job.

It would be great to see more members on here post over their.

Let me get back to aviation being a sausage fest. There needs to be reason in everything. To have some voices of a perspective OUTSIDE of aviation would contribute greatly to the boards and help us take outside references to issues that are in our lives at work.
