ok, the "send a message to my secret santa" is actually a "send a message to MY secret santa" which means there's no way to send a message to the recipient you have or the person your sending the gift to....

so this means that either A) I have to collect and distribute the addresses or B) We have to find a way to distribute addresses or C) I have to try a different program that does collect addresses and apparently distributes them.. I think elfster.com does that but not absolutely sure as I haven't run the program yet.

I've got a question back to the guesslist.com group as to whether or not they can add in a "send a message to my recipient" but i'm betting not since they replied to me that they will check into that when they *next update the program*...

sorry about this guys, it's now become a royal pain in our behind...

so I'm thinking, what we can do is: open a new forum for secret santa's only and have you post your addresses in there - after the "mail out" period has expired, i'll delete the forum entirely.

otherwise, if i take peoples addresses, i'm gonna find out who has me and that just isn't cool considering i wanna play too!

only other alternative is to try this with another program and do the drawing all over again.

I wish guesslist.com hadn't said "have your secret santa done completely online" because it's really not working out that way.

thoughts/suggestions/comments?
