The secret is to form bonds in your community with other families who have people skilled in these essential areals! I used to worry, now I don't! I have plumbing, electrical, HVAC, snow blowers, etc at my service without asking!

This is all necessary due to FAR Part 121.899.5(c) that says that all domestic failures will occur in the absence of the flying pilot!
