There are always other options in life. Always. Whether or not you chose to take them is your choice, and if you think that I am on a soap box, you are mistaken. You should read my posts again.
As for Great Lakes, they do require a contract. It's 12 or 18 months. I think that it's 18, actually. I am sure that it's subject to change. Also, it's true, their pay is terrible!
