Re: convection ovens I'm not a baker so the exact temperature doesn't matter to me. Convection ovens are good for that because they circulate the air and you can bake multiple sheets at a time. It's also good for the big ticket items like the turkey.
But this time we went Italian and got a Bertazzoni. I'm tired of stoves with electronics that can't stand the heat. I'm back to simple and effective!
