Thanks BStory! It was much longer than that--way back in the days of our InfoXchange--remember that?? Sure miss that forum--it was priceless for travel tips.
I found the rule and the wording is something like no employee action [including exhibiting ID badge] should ever be allowed that identifies them as non-rev. If passenger asks, state that you are an employee and politely end the discussion.
But, it was strongly re-iterated not too long ago when they changed the nonrev dress code.
PS--who are you with now?
