A trainer will keep you on track, build a regimen that will work w/ your personality, physical limitations, and physical successes. Plus, knowing you have to meet that person at the gym will force you to go -- can't cancel.
Sure, you'll pay some money for the gym membership and the trainer, but it sure beats being tied to prescription meds from here on out. You'll have peace of mind knowing you're taking proactive measures for your prolonged life. And ironically, you'll have MORE energy than you do now.
