Re: nonrev code of conduct As a passenger (full paying business class most of the times) I find that every airport is different. As a frequent flyer, I have a hard time with the removal of conveniences. When US Airways (the new regime stationed in the WEST) reconfigured aircraft and forgot that it was cold in the winter and removed/reconfigured the closets and overheads, I gave up. I have not flown them since. I now only fly three carriers domestically. Internationally, I fly a lot and it's rarely with a US carrier.
Airlines have done much to drive away the full fare paying passengers. Please remember that any little thing to tick off a fee paying passenger may be the final straw in a series of other negative experiences. And each dissatisfied customer tells 10-12 people vs. each satisfied customer tells 0-3 people.
MY DH usually wears his uniform. But he doesn't have to go through security, so it doesn't matter. |
