Re: It's official I've been going to a gym since January and it has been great for losing weight, toning, and stress relief. I have a trainer that I have been with the last few months and it makes a huge difference. First it makes it easier to make sure I actually go, she makes sure I am doing things the right way, I do something different every time, have learned tons about what type of exercises do for you, etc. On the days I go when I am not taking a class or doing training, I just do some of the stuff I learned, which there are some really crazy things! Most of the gyms around here have different membership options allowing for monthly or yearly. They all seem to offer trial memberships as well.
